When you get a full refund
- Before it is live. Cancel an order before we put it live on ThatPainter (before we list the page, place it or publish it) and we refund all of it.
- When we cannot deliver what we agreed. If we cannot put on the site what you bought, as it is described where you bought it, we refund all of it.
- Our two-day promise. A paid listing is live within two business days of your payment, or you get your money back.
Once it is live
- Once a listing, a place or a review is live, the period it is live for is not refunded.
- If we take a monthly or yearly placement down for a reason of our own, we refund the part of the period you paid for and did not get.
Mistakes in a payment
- Charged twice, or more than the price you saw at checkout? We refund the extra.
How to ask, and how the money comes back
- Write to [email protected] with your order number (TP-…). We reply within two business days.
- An approved refund goes back the way you paid (card, UPI or your local way through Dodo Payments, or the way we arranged with you) within seven business days.
- A chargeback, or a payment taken back through your bank, removes the placement from the site.
Law
This policy is governed by the law of India; the courts of Gopalganj, Bihar, decide any dispute about it. Our terms and conditions apply to every order.
