Overview

Fieseros is an all-in-one operating system for service businesses, with tools for scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, customer management, technician field work and workflow automation. Its handyman offering is designed for solo contractors and small teams, covering the job from the first customer call and estimate through the visit, invoice and payment.

For a typical repair, a handyman can create either a flat-rate or time-and-materials quote, then use photo checklists to record the agreed work and document additional scope. Customer profiles retain repair histories, notes and photos, as well as equipment details such as model, serial number and warranty information. The technician app can also keep job data, checklists, photos, signatures and time entries on the device while offline, syncing them when a connection returns.

Fieseros supports invoice payment links and accepts card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer payments. Its AI receptionist can answer calls around the clock, qualify and book leads, and route urgent calls; this feature is powered by Vapi.ai.

Key features

Estimates and scope: Prepare flat-rate or time-and-materials quotes and use photo checklists to capture agreed work and additions.
Customer records: Keep job history, notes, images and equipment information together in customer profiles.
Scheduling and recurring visits: Schedule work and automatically set up seasonal home-maintenance visits with customer reminders.
Field operations: The technician app supports job details, checklists, photos, signatures and time tracking, including offline capture with later syncing.
Invoicing and payments: Send payment links and take card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer payments after a job.
Call handling: The AI receptionist answers calls 24/7, qualifies and books leads, and routes urgent calls.
Connections: Listed integrations include Google Calendar, Stripe, QuickBooks Online and Zapier, which Fieseros says connects to more than 6,000 apps.

Fieseros says Stripe handles PCI compliance and that, when Stripe is connected, Fieseros does not see or store card details.

Who it's for

The handyman product is intended for solo contractors, handyman businesses, home repair services, residential and commercial handymen, multi-technician teams and new startups. The plan limits provide a practical distinction: Starter allows up to 5 users, Professional up to 10 and Business up to 25, while Enterprise lists unlimited users.

A solo operator can start with the free plan's 100 lifetime jobs, or move to Starter for unlimited jobs and online booking. Teams needing dispatch-oriented features such as a live technician map, recurring jobs and inventory will find those listed on Business. The Enterprise listing is aimed at organizations that need controls such as SSO, data retention or HIPAA.

Verdict

Fieseros brings the main administrative and field steps of handyman work into one system, from lead handling and estimates to job records, payment and recurring maintenance. Its free plan provides a way to begin with a fixed lifetime job allowance, while paid tiers expand user capacity and add features such as online booking, workflow tools, voice reception and dispatch visibility. Before choosing a plan, match its job and user limits to your workload and check which capabilities your operation needs, especially since some prominent team features are reserved for Business and Enterprise.
