For general Android 3D modeling and animation in 2022, Prisma3D is the strongest all-round choice; choose Nomad Sculpt for digital sculpting or Onshape for dimension-driven engineering design. These tools are not interchangeable: Android 3D apps cover polygon modeling, sculpting, CAD, technical drawing, and 3D-print preparation, each with different requirements.

What counts as a 3D design app?
Polygon modeling builds objects from vertices, edges, and faces. It suits props, simple characters, scenes, and game or social-media content.
Sculpting treats a mesh like digital clay. Brushes, subdivision, remeshing, and painting make it appropriate for organic characters, creatures, and figurative forms, but not for accurately dimensioned mechanical parts.
Parametric CAD uses sketches, constraints, dimensions, and feature history. It is the right category for brackets, enclosures, mechanisms, and products that must be edited predictably.
Technical drawing may mean reviewing, measuring, annotating, or lightly editing DWG files rather than building a complete 3D asset.

A tablet is usually the better Android 3D workstation. A larger display keeps the viewport, toolbars, panels, and reference images visible, while a stylus can make sculpting and selection more precise.
