Clip Studio Paint PRO vs EX
The edition is important:

Fresco is not compatible with every computer that happens to run Windows 11. Check these requirements before installing Fresco
- Open Windows’ system information and confirm that the installed Windows 11 build is at least 22000.
- Check the GPU model and its current driver rather than relying only on the computer’s “Windows 11 compatible” label.
- Confirm that the GPU meets DirectX Feature Level 12.1.

Krita is the clear free option in this group. The other applications should be compared using their current licensing pages because plans, editions, trials, subscriptions, and promotional terms can change. Raster painting versus editable design work
