Sherwin-Williams reported second-quarter results on July 28, 2026, for the quarter ended June 30. Consolidated net sales rose 7.5% year over year to $6.79 billion. Net income increased 11.8% to $843.6 million, and EBITDA increased 13.8% to $1.43 billion.
Diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose 14.3% to $3.43. Adjusted diluted EPS was $3.70, up 9.5% year over year. These are distinct measures: diluted EPS is the reported per-share figure, while adjusted EPS is a separate non-GAAP measure. They should not be treated as interchangeable.

2026 earnings guidance
Following Q2, Sherwin-Williams raised its full-year 2026 guidance to diluted EPS of $10.92–$11.32 per share and adjusted diluted EPS of $11.80–$12.20. These ranges are company forecasts, not results already earned, and the adjusted range is not directly comparable to reported diluted EPS.
