The title refers to a digital New Year illustration sought as a transparent PNG or clipart download, not a physical painting or product. The available result does not identify the original creator, source page, file details, or reuse license for that exact image, so verify the asset and its terms before downloading or using it.
What the title identifies—and what it does not
A Pinterest result uses the wording “Happy New Year 2025” and “New Year Illustration PNG Transparent Image and Clipart for Free Download,” alongside New Year greetings, banners, and wishes. It does not establish who created the image or where the original file is hosted. View the Pinterest result.
That distinction matters: search results for similar New Year illustrations are not proof that a particular listing contains the exact image. Treat the image’s provenance and permission to reuse it as unverified until you find the original asset page.
How to assess similar New Year PNG listings
Catalog results can help you find alternatives, but each describes its own asset and terms. They should not be treated as specifications or licensing information for the image named in the title.
| Listing | What the result states | What that means for this image |
|---|---|---|
| PNGWing, “2025 happy new year” Listing | 7440 × 6329 pixels; 1.1 MB; labeled transparent/free download and “Non-commercial use.” | A separate asset; its dimensions and license do not identify or govern the title image. |
| PNGWing, golden 3D New Year 2025 Listing | 3307 × 2104 pixels; 2.25 MB; labeled “Non-commercial use.” | A separate asset; do not assume its appearance, file details, or restrictions match the title image. |
| ImgBin, “2025 New Year Illustration” collection Collection | The collection result says it contains 128 matching transparent PNG images. | Collection-level information; it does not verify the exact image or the rights for any individual file. |
Check the license before using a graphic
“Free download” describes access, not necessarily permission for every kind of reuse. Before using an image in a greeting card, banner, painting reference, or other project, locate the original listing and check:
- Whether it is the exact graphic you want, rather than a similar result.
- Who created it and whether the listing provides an original source page.
- Whether commercial use is permitted, and whether attribution or other conditions apply.
- The listed format and dimensions, if those details matter for your intended use.
Some surfaced PNGWing examples are labeled for non-commercial use, so they should not be presumed suitable for commercial projects. A separate Creative Fabrica listing advertises a free download with a commercial license, but that offer applies to its own graphic, not the title image. See the “Happy New Year 2025 Retro Pink PNG” listing by Swirltal. Check the current listing and license terms before use.

Choosing an alternative if the exact image cannot be verified
Compare candidate graphics on the points that affect your project: exact visual match, file format and dimensions, attribution requirements, and commercial-use permission. Do not transfer one listing’s license to another image, even when both are described as New Year 2025 PNGs. If no original page or clear terms can be found for the exact graphic, choose an alternative with a listing that states its reuse conditions.
