The official 2024 Hari Santri logo is available from Indonesia’s Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) as PNG, JPG, and PDF files. The PDF is an official download, but the published file listing does not confirm that it contains editable vector paths or is a vector master. If you need a truly editable logo for a painting, banner, or other large design, inspect the PDF or ask the print provider whether it will work for your project.
Where to get the official Hari Santri 2024 logo
Kemenag’s Central Sulawesi regional office lists several PNG and JPG logo files, along with a PDF named logo-hari-santri-2024-3dU.pdf, on its Hari Santri 2024 information page. Kemenag also hosts a PDF titled Logo Hari Santri 2024.
These are the formats established by the official listings. They do not confirm the resolution of each image file, whether a PNG has a transparent background, or whether the PDF contains editable vector artwork. Check the downloaded file before relying on any of those properties.
Which logo format should you use?
- PNG: A practical choice for placing an image in a digital design or presentation. Check its dimensions and background before use.
- JPG: Another listed image option; check its dimensions and whether its background suits your design.
- PDF: The official PDF may be useful for print workflows, but its presence alone does not prove that it is an editable vector file. Open it and check with your print provider before using it for large-format output.
If you need to change the logo’s shapes, colors, or individual elements, do not assume the PDF is an editable source file. Ask for a confirmed vector master or have the printer or designer verify that the supplied file can be edited as needed.
Theme and meaning of the 2024 identity
The official theme is “Menyambung Juang Merengkuh Masa Depan,” translated as “Continuing the Struggle, Embracing the Future.” In its PDF, Kemenag interprets the logo’s running figure with raised hands as a symbol of struggle, the rope as continuity and connection between generations, and the red circle as courageous sacrifice. These are the Ministry’s stated meanings.

Launch date and Hari Santri observance
Minister of Religious Affairs Yaqut Cholil Qoumas launched the logo, theme, and theme song at the Religion Festival at JI-Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta, on 9 October 2024. Hari Santri is observed annually on 22 October. Kemenag’s launch report connects the observance to the 22 October 1945 Jihad Resolution associated with KH Hasyim Asy’ari. The report quotes the minister: “Saya mengajak seluruh santri di Indonesia untuk bersama-sama terus berjuang menuju masa depan Indonesia yang lebih baik,” meaning “I invite all santri in Indonesia to continue striving together for a better future for Indonesia.”
