Choose a cut that suits how you’ll use the sticker, a material and finish that match its appearance and exposure, and a size that keeps the artwork legible. Before ordering from Vograce, prepare the file to its stated specifications and check the live product page for current options and limits.
Die-cut or kiss-cut: which format should you choose?
With die-cut stickers, each piece is cut around the outer contour of an individual design. Choose this format when you want separate, shaped stickers. Kiss-cut stickers keep the backing intact and can place multiple designs on a sheet, which can make them easier to peel and organize. These formats are not interchangeable: consider whether you want individual pieces or a shared backing sheet. Vograce’s materials collection describes the distinction.
Which material and finish fit your artwork?
Vograce lists options including vinyl, clear, holographic, glitter, matte, puffy, foil, prismatic, and fluorescent stickers. Start with the look you want, then check the details for the specific product you select. A specialty finish can change the appearance of colors and artwork, so a Sticker Sample Box may help you compare materials and finishes before committing to a larger project.

Its vinyl product page advertises a “2-4 year minimum outdoor life”; treat that as the vendor’s claim for its vinyl product, not a guarantee for every sticker material or finish. How do you choose the right size?
Vograce determines die-cut size by the design’s longest edge. Choose a size based on both placement and legibility: the vendor describes smaller stickers as suited to laptops, packaging, and giveaways, and larger ones as better for displays or detailed artwork. Consider whether fine lines, small lettering, or other details will still read at the size you intend to order. Vograce’s materials collection provides its sizing guidance.
How should you prepare the artwork file?
Vograce’s current product guidance, accessed in 2026, specifies PSD, PNG, PDF, or AI files in CMYK (Japan Color 2001 Coated), at 300 DPI, and at least 1000 pixels on the longest side. It prefers a transparent PNG or layered PSD. Follow the requirements on the live product page when placing an order.

- For full-bleed artwork: add 2 mm of bleed on each side. Do not draw a cutline.
- For semi-transparent artwork: put it on a separately named layer, or name the file to identify it and leave a note with the order, as described in Vograce’s order notes.
What should you know about quantity, proofs, and timing?
Vograce’s current order guidance, accessed in 2026, lists a minimum of 10 pieces per design, with quantities ordered in sets of 10. For example, entering 10 sets means 100 stickers. The product page says multiple designs can be uploaded for many products, with a quantity assigned to each; confirm the available setup for your chosen item on the live page. The product listing and order notes provide the applicable terms.
For orders with more than five applicable items, Vograce says proofs are normally sent within 2–5 working days. Production begins only after approval, and time spent confirming the proof is not included in the production estimate. Check the current product and order pages for the terms that apply to your order. Vograce’s June 17, 2025 ordering guide describes the broad sequence: prepare artwork, select craft, size, and quantity, review and approve the proof, then receive the order.

- Confirm that the selected cut, material, finish, and size suit the sticker’s placement and intended use.
- Check the current product page for availability and restrictions. Vograce currently notes that holographic-film and matte-film stickers cannot be borderless.
- Verify the quantity unit and minimum for each design, then review the proof carefully before approval.
