VectorStock is a marketplace for downloadable vector artwork, with free files and several ways to pay for premium images. Its main advantage is choice: you can license a single asset, buy credits, or subscribe. The important limit is the license: Pro supports many commercial uses, but it does not make stock art exclusive, grant trademark rights to the artwork, or let you redistribute the editable vector as a reusable asset.
What is VectorStock?
VectorStock is a searchable marketplace for downloadable vector illustrations and related stock artwork. Its homepage currently claims a catalog of more than 50 million premium vectors and more than 1 million free vectors, and advertises AI-powered search. Those are VectorStock’s own figures, not an independently verified catalog count. See the VectorStock homepage for its current claims.
For painters and other visual creators, vector art can be useful for posters, labels, invitations, packaging, and other designs that need clean, scalable graphics. Whether a particular file fits a project depends on the asset and the license attached to it.

How much does VectorStock cost?
VectorStock’s pricing page lists three main purchase routes. The live prices can change, so check the pricing and plan terms before purchasing.
| Option | Price listed by VectorStock | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|
| Individual image | USD $14.99 per vector | A one-off need for a particular image. |
| Credits | USD $1 per credit, with a USD $30 minimum purchase | Occasional downloads when you want to license images as needed. |
| Subscription | From USD $9.99 per month | Frequent downloads during an active subscription. |
VectorStock frames pay-per-image as an option for one-off projects, credits for occasional licensing, and subscriptions for frequent downloads. The company says purchase methods can be mixed. Its pricing page states that credits remain active for 12 months and can be renewed for a further 12 months through its renewal process. A subscription cancellation stops access to future Pro downloads after the current billing period; previously purchased images remain governed by their license terms. Check the live page for current plan details.

Can I use VectorStock images for commercial projects?
VectorStock says its Pro License covers personal, business, and client projects worldwide, subject to the full license conditions. In VectorStock’s words: “When you license an image under the VectorStock® Pro License, you can use it in personal, business, and client projects worldwide, subject to the licence conditions below.” The full terms—not that sentence alone—determine what is allowed. Read the Pro License FAQ before using an image.
Pro allows editing and reuse in many finished projects and does not impose a print-run or digital-impression cap, according to the FAQ. It is licensed to one person in an organization, not shared across a team. Each additional person who needs to use licensed assets should check the applicable licensing requirements rather than relying on one colleague’s account.

- Professional medical safety infographic featuring clear emergency bleeding instructions with a vibrant red background and corporate flat vector illustrations.
- High-quality canvas print showcases numbered procedural steps for direct pressure and tourniquet application in a clean, modular layout.
- Durable black frame provides a sleek finish, making this functional art piece ready to hang in medical offices, schools, or workplaces.
- Features bold typography with essential phrases like APPLY FIRM PRESSURE and STAY CALM in heavy sans-serif fonts for maximum visibility.
- Eye-catching color palette with saturated orange and light blue blocks ensures that critical life-saving information is easily legible from a distance.
What Pro does not allow
- You may not redistribute or give away the vector as a reusable asset, such as a standalone SVG, stock file, or clip-art pack.
- You may not share source files beyond what is needed for production, claim authorship of the stock artwork, or register the stock artwork itself as a trademark.
- Standard Pro does not include rights to use the artwork for AI training.
- Assets marked Editorial Use Only have a separate license and should not be treated as ordinary commercial-use files.
VectorStock distinguishes reusable source assets from finished outputs and qualifying designs, but the precise rules depend on the use. Review the license for the planned deliverable instead of assuming every template or digital product is permitted.
Can I use a VectorStock image in my logo?
A Pro-licensed image may be incorporated into branding, but the stock artwork remains non-exclusive: other customers may license the same image. Pro does not give you trademark-registration rights in that stock art, so it is not a route to exclusive ownership of a logo element. VectorStock points people seeking exclusivity toward an Exclusive Buyout, which depends on the asset and the artist’s approval or availability process. Check the pricing page and license FAQ for the applicable options and terms.

What file formats does VectorStock provide?
Available formats vary by listing. One example asset is offered in Adobe Illustrator, EPS, PDF, SVG, high-resolution PNG, and high-resolution JPEG. That is an example, not a promise that every VectorStock download includes all six formats; check the individual listing before licensing it. See the example vector listing.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can I edit a VectorStock vector?
Pro permits editing and reuse within its terms. VectorStock also describes optional artist help for smaller changes, including adjusting colors, changing text or layout, removing elements, and adding a logo. Some listings show a paid “Hire a designer” option; the service and its price are not universal, so check the asset page for availability and cost.
