Lamborghini says its Miami-inspired one-off Urus SE required 230 additional hours of painting and testing beyond the normal industrial process. Unveiled at a private Miami Beach event during Art Basel Miami Beach 2024, the vehicle showcases what the company’s Ad Personam customization program can do when a design is developed for a single car.
What made this Urus SE a one-off?
Lamborghini unveiled the bespoke Urus SE on December 4, 2024, at a private event in Miami Beach connected with Art Basel Miami Beach. The company announced it the following day and called it the first Urus SE delivered globally. Its stated inspiration was Miami’s colorful culture, expressed through a livery developed by Lamborghini Centro Stile and the Ad Personam customization team. Lamborghini’s announcement documents the unveiling and design credits.
Motor1 reported that the finish uses four colors and is painted rather than wrapped, identifying Blu Glauco as the base and Nero Noctis and Grigio Telesto among the contrasting colors. Those color and finish details are Motor1’s reporting; Lamborghini’s announcement does not provide a full paint specification. Motor1’s December 5, 2024 report describes the livery.

What do the 230 hours include?
The figure is not simply a count of time spent applying paint. Lamborghini says the custom design called for an additional 230 hours of painting and testing over the normal industrial process. It is a project-specific figure supplied by the manufacturer in its December 5, 2024 announcement, not an independently audited measurement. The announcement does not break the total down between painting and testing.

How does it relate to the Urus SE and Ad Personam?
Lamborghini describes the Urus SE as its first plug-in hybrid version of the Super SUV, with an 800 CV hybrid powertrain. Those are manufacturer specifications, not independently tested figures in the available reporting about this one-off. The special vehicle shows the customization side of the model rather than a distinct mechanical variant.
Ad Personam is Lamborghini’s vehicle-personalization program. In its 2026 Urus SE brochure, the manufacturer calls the model its most customizable Lamborghini; that is current brand positioning, not a promise that every option is offered in every market or on every vehicle. Mitja Borkert, Lamborghini’s Chief Design Officer, said the livery was intended to emphasize the car’s proportions and design: “With this authentic piece of art, we have created the most sophisticated livery ever seen on the Urus, to inspire our customers with graphics that underline the outstanding proportions and the iconic design of the car.”
Can you see or buy this exact Urus SE?
The unveiling announcement does not establish the car’s present location, ownership, public display schedule, sale status, or availability. It documents a private Miami Beach event in 2024, so it should not be taken as evidence that the vehicle is currently on public view or for sale.
