The available sources do not verify a downloadable Air Force One papercraft template. They do offer printable paper models of other aircraft, plus Air Force One models made from metal or building blocks. Those are different projects, so choose according to whether the subject or the paper medium matters most.

Is there an Air Force One papercraft template?
A broad search did not substantiate a downloadable template specifically depicting Air Force One. That is not proof that no such design exists anywhere; it means the sources identified here do not verify one. Treat a listing as papercraft only if it provides a printable paper pattern and clearly identifies the aircraft it represents.
There are official printable aircraft projects, but the verified examples below depict other aircraft—not Air Force One.

ANA paper airplanes and 3D crafts
All Nippon Airways offers PDF paper-airplane and 3D paper-craft templates for ANA aircraft. Its page says the templates are Japanese only, and they are not Air Force One designs. See ANA’s Make a Paper Airplane and Paper Craft Item with Family and Friends! page for the printable options.
Japan Ministry of Defense aircraft templates
Japan’s Ministry of Defense Kids site lists downloadable templates for selected aircraft and other equipment, including the F-2 and F-15. These are also not Air Force One templates. They can suit someone looking for an aircraft-themed paper build rather than a model of the presidential aircraft.

A historical design reference is not a template
The Library of Congress catalogs a 1962 Air Force One design drawing by Raymond Loewy. It may provide historical visual context, but the catalog record is not a printable papercraft model. See the Library of Congress catalog record for Air Force One.

Which option fits your project?
- You need a paper Air Force One specifically: No verified downloadable template is established by the sources here. Do not substitute an ANA, F-2, or F-15 pattern and label it Air Force One.
- You want a printable aircraft project: Explore the ANA PDFs if a Japanese-language resource and ANA aircraft are acceptable, or the Ministry of Defense templates if an F-2, F-15, or another listed subject fits.
- You want an Air Force One model and are flexible about material: Consider the Metal Earth metal-sheet kit or the COBI block model, checking each seller’s current availability.
