If Cricut Design Space keeps returning you to the sign-in screen, first check your Cricut ID and password and confirm that your device is online. The right next step depends on your device and the error: desktop users can update the app and, for persistent loading problems, clear its cache; iPhone and iPad users should check password characters and device date and time.
Cricut uses the same Cricut ID and password for cricut.com and Design Space. These steps cover documented causes, not every possible account or service issue; check Cricut’s current help instructions if menu names or screens differ.

- On the Cricut sign-in screen, select Forgot password?
- Enter the email address linked to your Cricut ID and follow the reset link in the email.
- Return to Design Space and try signing in with the new password.
Cricut says a password reset usually resolves desktop sign-in trouble. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes. If it still does not arrive, contact Cricut Member Care rather than repeatedly requesting resets.

2. Confirm your internet connection and device
Internet access is required to download and sign in to Design Space. Confirm that your device is online, then retry. Cricut describes Design Space for Windows and Mac computers and iOS and Android mobile devices; Chromebook and Unix/Linux computers are unsupported.
3. Desktop: update Design Space, then clear its cache if loading still fails
Cricut documents an app issue associated with certificate pinning that can cause an infinite spinner, crash, or login error. This is one possible cause, not a diagnosis for every sign-in loop. Cricut recommends updating or installing the latest app version. Download the desktop installer from Cricut’s official site at design.cricut.com.
If the desktop app still hangs or shows a blank screen, Cricut’s cache troubleshooting instructions describe how to clear files in the .cricut-design-space/LocalData folder and then choose View > Force Reload. Follow Cricut’s current Windows or Mac directions at its Help Center; the file-navigation steps differ by operating system. Clear only the specified cache files, not unrelated folders.

If updating and the cache steps do not resolve the issue, Cricut advises reinstalling from its official site and contacting Member Care if the problem continues.
4. iPhone or iPad: match the fix to the error
“Unsuccessful Sign In”
Cricut says some special characters in a password, including #, may cause this error in the iOS app even if desktop sign-in works. Reset the password without special characters and try again. Contact Member Care if that does not help.
“There Is No Active Session/No Internet Connection”
Cricut says an incorrect device date or time may cause this message. Check the date and time settings, enable Set Automatically if appropriate, restart the iPhone or iPad, and try again.

Before reinstalling the iOS app
Cricut warns that uninstalling the iOS app can remove projects saved locally and downloaded images or fonts. Back up local projects to the cloud when possible before uninstalling. Cricut says offloading the app may preserve this local content and can help with some loading issues; follow its current iOS instructions in the Help Center.

For the certificate-related spinner or login issue, Cricut directs Android users to uninstall Design Space and install the latest version from Google Play. This addresses that documented app issue; it is not a guaranteed fix for every account or sign-in problem.

Contact Member Care if a password-reset email does not arrive, the platform-specific steps fail, or your error is not covered by Cricut’s instructions. Use the current contact options shown on Cricut’s official site, since support channels and hours can change.

- Your device type and operating-system version
- Whether you can sign in to your Cricut account in a web browser
- The exact error message and when it appears
- Whether the same account works on another supported device
- Which troubleshooting steps you have already tried
