This free printable is an archived reminder for the 2025 U.S. fall-back time change—not an upcoming clock-change notice. In places that observe daylight saving time, clocks went back one hour at 2 a.m. local time on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

Use this printable as a dated household or workplace reminder. Because the 2025 change has passed, keep the year visible if you print or share it so no one mistakes it for a current notice.
What the poster reminds you about
In U.S. locations observing daylight saving time, the 2025 transition took place on Sunday, November 2, at 2 a.m. local time. Clocks were set back one hour. The National Weather Service Charleston, West Virginia, handout put the practical instruction this way: “Remember to set your clocks back 1 hour before you go to sleep Saturday night!” Read the 2025 NWS handout.

Who the reminder applies to
The date and instruction apply to U.S. locations that observe daylight saving time, not every U.S. location. The National Institute of Standards and Technology describes the recurring clock-change practice for areas that observe it in its Daylight Saving Time guidance.
