Where Dulux is documented at the hospital

Why a product mention is not a certification claim
Specification and assessment are different records
A construction specification records what the design and delivery teams intended to buy and install. A Green Star submission records how the project demonstrates compliance with the applicable assessment criteria. The two documents can overlap, but one does not substitute for the other.

Brand-level language is not product-level evidence
“Dulux paint” is a broad brand description. Green Star evidence, where applicable, would normally need to identify the exact product or system, the substrate, the location, the quantities or areas covered, and the criterion under which it was assessed.
