The published price therefore depends on the selected package: one UKKO configurator presentation shows 293,000 Kč for a base Tuliki selection, while the dedicated product page gives a 329,300 Kč starting package.

Tuliki is UKKO’s smallest model. Its published external dimensions are 2 m wide, 2.2 m long and 2.2 m high, creating a footprint of about 4.4 m². UKKO positions that scale for gardens and other sites where a larger sauna would dominate the available space.

Room size and seating
The sauna room is listed as 4 m². UKKO’s descriptive material calls Tuliki a sauna for two, which is the clearest indication of its comfortable everyday use. The technical specification gives a maximum seated capacity of four. Those statements are compatible: four people can sit on the benches, but the cabin is not a four-person lying-down room.
The benches are 130 cm long and 50 cm deep. That depth supports seated bathing; it does not provide the full length or uninterrupted surface needed to stretch out. If reclining or lying down is a priority, a larger model or a different layout should be discussed during the design consultation.
How the Tuliki envelope is built
The specification describes a timber volume with a ventilated larch exterior, insulated glazing and a monopitch sheet-metal roof. The listed materials are useful when assessing both appearance and the practical requirements of placing the cabin in a garden.
Insulation levels
- Floor: 120 mm PIR insulation.
- Walls and ceiling: 120 mm mineral-wool insulation.
These are the insulation thicknesses published for Tuliki. They are not an independent energy-use test or a guarantee of a particular heat-up time, running cost or internal temperature. Sauna performance will also depend on installation, ventilation, heater control, outdoor weather and how the door and windows are used.

Structure, decking and cladding
UKKO lists spruce structural members, larch decking and ventilated larch cladding. The ventilated facade is part of the external wall build-up rather than a decorative coating applied directly to the inner structure. Larch decking establishes the surface immediately outside the sauna, while spruce forms the primary timber framework identified in the specification.
Windows and roof
The standard specification names double insulated tempered ESG glazing. Tempered safety glass is appropriate for a building where occupants are close to large panes, but the exact proportion and arrangement of glazing can change with the brief. The roof is a monopitch sheet-metal form, giving the cabin a single sloping plane instead of a conventional gable.
UKKO’s architectural approach means the published envelope should be treated as a starting specification. Window positions, dimensions, cladding and other details can be revised during consultation, so the final drawings and quotation are the documents to use for a particular installation.

A qualified electrician should confirm the supply, protective devices, cable route and local code requirements before ordering or preparing the site; the product information does not establish a universal electrical arrangement for every property.
How much space does a compact outdoor sauna need?
The cabin itself occupies approximately 4.4 m², based on the published 2 m × 2.2 m dimensions. Planning only that rectangle, however, can leave too little room for construction, access and maintenance. Treat the dimensions as the building envelope and plan the surrounding site separately.
Check the site before choosing a position
- Access: Measure gates, paths, corners and changes in level along the delivery route. A 2 m-wide object may require more manoeuvring room than its final footprint suggests.
- Foundation: Confirm what support system the final design requires and whether the ground can carry it without settlement. UKKO’s published material does not prescribe one universal foundation for every site.
- Door and bench operation: Leave enough clear space for the door to open fully and for people to enter, change and carry water safely.
- Services: Reserve a route for the heater’s electrical connection and any lighting or control wiring. If you add a shower or wash area, plumbing, drainage and waterproofing become separate design items.
- Ventilation: The final inlet and outlet arrangement should be confirmed with UKKO and the installer rather than improvised after delivery.
- Maintenance: Keep access for cleaning the glazing, inspecting the cladding and servicing the heater and controls.
Tuliki is a sauna cabin, not a combined bathroom. A nearby outdoor shower or a custom wet area may be possible as part of a broader brief, but the standard equipment list does not identify a built-in shower.

Windows, cladding, dimensions, heater or control choices and interior layout can all affect the quotation. Ask UKKO to identify exactly which equipment, delivery, installation and site works are included in the figure you receive. Prices, availability and configuration options can change, so a dated quotation is more reliable than either published starting figure for budgeting.

The table does not establish a universal external footprint, heater size or total configured price for Mielikki and Tapio. UKKO says the three models are individually adapted, so those details belong in the model-specific design and quotation.
Which size fits which use?

Reading Tuliki as an architectural object
The compact cabin’s design impact comes from proportion as much as floor area: a 2 m-wide timber volume, a single-sloping metal roof, a ventilated larch facade and broad insulated glazing can read as a small garden building rather than an accessory appliance. Panoramic glazing, where selected, can orient the sauna toward a view and make the interior feel less confined, but more glass also changes privacy, solar exposure and heat-loss considerations. Those trade-offs belong in the window brief.
