For an editable, layered Photoshop file, start with Adobe Stock’s Happy New Year template search. Its results include PSD-labeled flyers, social posts, greeting-card layouts and text effects, with some items marked free. Free availability varies by listing: check the selected asset’s format, price and license before downloading or using it commercially.
If an exported image or PDF is enough, Canva and Adobe Express offer online New Year templates that you can customize and download or share. Those workflows are alternatives to a layered PSD, not proof that their templates can be downloaded as PSD files.
Where to find Happy New Year PSD templates
Adobe Stock: search for PSD files
Adobe Stock’s New Year template results include items identified as PSD, across formats such as flyers, social-media posts, greeting cards and text-effect mockups. Some listings are marked free, but the search results do not mean every asset is free.
Open an individual listing and verify that it offers a PSD and is marked free before downloading. Also read that asset’s license and restrictions, particularly if you plan to use the design in commercial work; the catalog does not establish one set of usage rights for every item.

Canva and Adobe Express: online editing and export
Canva’s New Year collection covers multiple design formats and lets users customize photos, colors and fonts. Canva describes sharing designs to social platforms, downloading a PDF or image, and ordering prints. Its New Year card templates include general New Year and Lunar New Year designs, with options to download, send as an e-card, post socially or order prints. The reviewed pages do not establish a layered PSD download.
Adobe Express’s New Year design ideas include cards, social graphics, resolution designs and flyers. Adobe Express says, “Download your files for printing or share to your socials directly from the app.” Its page describes the service as free to use with no credit card required, but that entry-point statement does not establish that every asset or feature is free.

Choose the right template for your finished design
- Need layers to edit in Photoshop? Look for an individual Adobe Stock listing labeled PSD and confirm the file format before downloading.
- Need a card, flyer or social post? Choose a template built for that output. A printable card layout and a social graphic are not interchangeable just because both celebrate New Year.
- Need a quick online workflow? Canva or Adobe Express may suit a design you intend to edit in the browser or app and export as an image or PDF.
- Need a free download? Check the price label on the exact asset. A free search result or a service’s free entry point does not establish that every item is free.
- Using the design commercially? Review the license and restrictions attached to the specific asset before publishing, printing for sale or using it in paid work.
Check before downloading
