- Choose the image with the strongest composition, even if minor details are imperfect.
- Open the image in Designer.
- Erase distracting objects, adjust or remove the background, crop the composition, and apply filters if needed.
- Add headlines, labels, prices, names, or instructions as editable text.
- Upscale or download the finished design when the output meets the purpose.

Most access or generation problems can be narrowed down by checking the account, usage allowance, prompt, model availability, and connection before treating the issue as a Windows hardware problem.
- Check the account type. Sign out and confirm that you are using a personal Microsoft Account, not a work or school Microsoft Entra account. Microsoft says Entra accounts are not supported for Bing Image Creator on the current product page.
- Check the fast allowance. If the 15 daily fast creations have been used, wait for replenishment or continue with standard-speed generation if the interface offers it.
- Check the prompt. Simplify or rephrase a prompt that is blocked by safety controls, contains ambiguous instructions, or repeatedly produces unusable results.
