No—not with Adobe’s Android Photoshop app. Adobe says the app is for compatible Android phones and is not available on Android tablets or Chromebooks, including Samsung Galaxy Tab devices. More RAM or a newer Android version does not remove that platform limitation.

Adobe lists 6 GB as the minimum supported RAM and 8 GB or more as recommended for Photoshop on Android, but those figures apply to the Android phone app. They are not a performance threshold or workaround for Samsung tablets.
