The Bulgari Octo Finissimo Lee Ufan Special Edition is a 150-piece collaboration between Bulgari and Korean artist Lee Ufan. Reference 104132 combines a rough, hand-filed titanium case and bracelet with a polished steel bezel and a grey-to-black mirror-effect dial. It is powered by Bulgari’s ultra-thin BVL 138 automatic movement and is listed internationally at €22,000 including taxes.
What the Lee Ufan Octo Finissimo is
Presented at Geneva Watch Days 2025, reference 104132 pairs Bulgari Product Creation Executive Director Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani with Lee Ufan. The watch uses the Octo Finissimo platform as a canvas for the artist’s contrast between a static, limited rock and the infinite reflections of a mirror.

That idea appears in the surfaces: the octagonal titanium case and bracelet are deliberately roughened by hand filing, while the stainless-steel bezel is sunray polished and the dial has a reflective finish that shifts from grey to black. Black hour and minute hands provide the primary time display against the dark dial.

Design and materials
Rock-like titanium exterior
The 40 mm case and integrated bracelet are titanium with a hand-filed finish. The treatment gives the normally technical, lightweight metal an irregular, tactile appearance rather than the uniform satin or polished surfaces common to standard production cases.
Reflective dial and bezel
A stainless-steel, sunray-polished bezel surrounds the mirror-effect dial. Its grey-to-black shading changes with the angle of light, reinforcing the rock-versus-reflection concept. The dial layout is intentionally restrained, with hours, minutes and a small-seconds display.

Crown and caseback details
The crown is sandblasted titanium with a black ceramic insert. A transparent caseback exposes the movement and is engraved with Lee Ufan’s signature and the watch’s individual limited-edition number.

The BVL 138 movement
The watch uses Bulgari’s manufacture BVL 138 automatic calibre, only 2.23 mm thick. Its platinum microrotor winds the movement without requiring a full-size central rotor, helping preserve the Octo Finissimo’s exceptionally slim profile. The calibre runs at 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour) and stores up to 60 hours of power. Visible through the sapphire caseback, its hand-applied Côtes de Genève, chamfering and perlage provide the principal finishing details.

Edition size and price
Bulgari states that production is limited to 150 pieces, marked “150 pieces — Bulgari, 2025.” The international Bulgari product listing gives a price of €22,000 including taxes. What to know before buying
- It is a limited artistic edition: the 150-piece run and individually numbered caseback distinguish it from regular Octo Finissimo references.
- The finish is intentionally irregular: hand filing means the titanium surface is part of the artistic statement, not a manufacturing flaw.
- Water resistance is 30 metres: this is suitable for everyday splashes but is not a specification for swimming or diving.
- The bracelet is integrated: replacing it with a conventional strap is not equivalent to changing a standard lugged watch, so confirm fitting options with Bulgari.
- Price is region-specific: €22,000 includes taxes on the international listing; local taxes, availability and delivery terms may differ elsewhere.
