For the official WhatsApp logo, start with WhatsApp’s brand assets and guidelines in Meta’s Brand Resource Center. WhatsApp says to use the names and logos on that page, not files found elsewhere, and to check the page for the current version.
Where to download the official WhatsApp logo
Open WhatsApp’s official brand resource page and use the logo pack offered there. WhatsApp’s guidance says: “Use the WhatsApp name and logos found on our WhatsApp Brand Guidelines website only, and not those found anywhere else.”
The available information does not establish the pack’s specific file formats, dimensions, colors, or variants. Check the live page and downloaded files for those details rather than relying on an image from a third-party site or assuming a particular format.

How to use WhatsApp’s logo
- Keep the asset unchanged. WhatsApp’s guidelines prohibit modifying its brand resources, including changing their design or colors or combining them with other words or images.
- Do not imply endorsement. Avoid presenting the logo in a way that suggests WhatsApp sponsors, partners with, or endorses your product, service, or event.
- Keep it secondary. WhatsApp says its brand should not be the most distinctive or prominent feature of your materials.
- Check the guidelines for your use. The official page is the source for current brand requirements; follow its instructions rather than treating logo availability as blanket permission for every use.
Can you put the WhatsApp logo on merchandise?
Not without explicit prior written approval. WhatsApp says it does not permit or license its trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property for merchandise such as clothing, accessories, toys, or packaging without that approval.
