“2025 New Year card pictures” can mean design inspiration, a downloadable image, or a printed card featuring a 2025 greeting. Since 2025 has passed, treat year-specific designs as an archive or as inspiration for a future card; a search result alone does not confirm that a card is still available to buy.
Choose the kind of card picture you need
Start with how you plan to use the picture. Inspiration helps you shape your own design; a downloadable image is an asset to reuse only under its stated terms; a printed card is a finished product that may let you add your own photos and greeting.

What photos work well for 2025 New Year cards?
A photo-centered card can feature one portrait or a small collage of meaningful moments from the previous year. Shutterfly’s 2025 card page suggests family gatherings, trips, and everyday moments as possible choices. Pick images that feel personal to the recipients rather than trying to document the whole year.
#1 Best Overall
- SHARE THE HOLIDAY CHEER - If your Christmas cards didn't go out in time, these happy new year cards still let you reach family and friends with New Year wishes. No year is printed on them, so they work for 2027, from New Year's Eve into January.
- COMPLETE PACKAGE - These new years cards with envelopes are ready to send: 24 folded cards in 8 designs, 24 envelopes in 3 designs with printed lining you moisten to seal, and 24 sticker seals in 8 designs on 4 sticker sheets. Mix and match any set.
- ELEGANT GOLD FOIL ACCENTS - Gold foil art on navy, burgundy, plum and forest green gives these new years greeting cards a festive look. With fireworks, confetti and 8 designs to choose from, you can give each person on your list a different card.
- HEARTFELT MESSAGE INSIDE - Every new year card comes with a greeting already printed inside, so all that is left is to sign each one and seal it. These boxed cards are 4x6 inches folded and fit neatly in the included envelopes, ready for the mail.
- WE JUST WANNA MAKE YOU SMILE - Your happiness is our priority. If these boxed new year cards ever fall short, we'll make it right. Enjoy 24 happy new year greeting cards ready for every New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and holiday card list.
Leave clear space for the greeting when choosing or arranging pictures. A crowded collage can compete with the message, while a single photo or a restrained group of images can make room for both the image and the words.
What design themes suit New Year cards for 2025?
Examples on Shutterfly’s 2025 New Year cards page include confetti, stars, prominent year typography, and simpler photo-led layouts. These are examples from one card provider, not evidence of industry-wide or statistically established trends.

- 40 DIFFERENT DESIGNS - Send one to each name on your list, and every card is different. This new years cards bulk pack holds 40 folded cards in 40 designs, and each one is 5x7 inches. That is plenty for a long card list, at home or at the office.
- FOIL ACCENTS, 300GSM CARD - These new years cards are printed on 300gsm matte laminated cardstock, so each one feels thick and solid in hand. Foil accents mix with simple prints, in styles from classic script to fireworks, greenery and confetti.
- PRINTED MESSAGE INSIDE - Each card has its own short New Year message printed inside, so every card already says something warm. These happy new year greeting cards suit family, friends, coworkers and clients. Mail them after Christmas or in January.
- COMPLETE CARD SET - The box holds 40 folded new years cards with envelopes and 42 sticker seals. The 40 envelopes come in 8 designs with printed linings, so you choose one for each card. Wet the flap to close each envelope. Then add a sticker seal.
- WE JUST WANNA MAKE YOU SMILE - Your happiness is our priority. If these new year cards ever fall short, we'll make it right. Enjoy 40 happy new year cards with envelopes ready for every family greeting, client thank-you, and New Year's Eve party.
If you are adapting an archived design for a later New Year, replace the year numeral and check that the greeting still makes sense. If you are making a digital picture, test that the greeting remains legible at the size and on the screen where recipients will see it.

Can you download and reuse a 2025 New Year card picture?
