Looking for grass PNG images with transparent backgrounds? Search for the specific kind of grass graphic you need, check that the file is a PNG with transparency, and review its license before using it in a painting or design. The “21,000+” figure in the original title is not verified as a current count, so it should not be treated as a confirmed inventory.
What to look for in a transparent grass PNG
A transparent PNG lets you place the grass over a painted scene, photo, or colored background without a solid rectangle around the image. Before downloading, check the preview and file details: a checkerboard in a preview often indicates transparency, but the downloaded file should still be confirmed in your design or painting software.
Search using the visual role you need rather than only “grass PNG.” Useful terms include “grass border PNG,” “grass clump transparent background,” “grass field PNG,” or “grass texture PNG.” A border or isolated clump can work as a foreground detail, while a texture may be better suited to filling a larger area.

The “21,000+” count is not verified against a current authoritative grass-asset listing. Do not rely on it as a current inventory figure. Magnific says its overall stock library contains more than 250 million assets, but that company-wide figure does not establish how many grass PNGs are available.

Where to find downloadable grass graphics
Magnific, formerly Freepik, offers downloadable visual assets including illustrations, images, vectors, and other design files. Its official rebrand page says, “Freepik is now Magnific,” and states that accounts, subscriptions, and downloads carry over. Search its current catalog for grass graphics and confirm that the individual result matches your needs; a platform-wide library description does not confirm a particular grass PNG is available.
You can also browse Magnific’s stock illustrations and design assets for transparent grass graphics and related visual elements. Check the listing for file format, transparency, and usage terms before downloading.

- WATERPROOF WITH BUILT-IN DRAINAGE HOLES — Rain, Hose-Downs & Muddy Paws, No Problem — The waterproof backing and drainage holes mean water passes straight through instead of pooling underneath—so it dries fast, never gets soggy, and won't develop the musty smell cheaper mats get after one season outside. It handles temperature swings, humidity, and direct sunlight without breaking down. Put it down once and don't think about it again.
- EASY TO CLEAN & LOW MAINTENANCE — Simply rinse with a hose and air dry to keep your turf clean. A convenient, low-maintenance solution for busy households and active spaces.
Check the license before using a downloaded image
Magnific’s June 2026 Terms of Use say that free use is generally conditioned on attribution, while certain subscriptions permit use without attribution. The terms also restrict resale, sublicensing, redistribution, and some resale products when the downloaded content is the main element. Asset-specific conditions may apply, so the platform’s general terms alone do not establish permission for every use.
- Read the license and attribution requirements shown for the specific asset.
- Check whether your use is personal, commercial, or part of a product you plan to sell.
- Keep the asset’s source and license details with your project records.
For a particular image, consult the applicable listing and current Magnific Terms of Use rather than assuming that “free download” means unrestricted use.
