Who created the Patsy Walker story?

The Grand Comics Database credits Al Jaffee with the script and pencils. It lists “Chic Stone ?” for inking, marking that attribution as uncertain; an indexer note says the credit is possible and records that a previous indexer credited Jaffee instead. Heritage Auctions also names Al Jaffee in the story credits, but the available records do not settle who inked it.

What else is called “A Square Affair”?

The title is not unique. A University of New Hampshire dance syllabus lists “Square Affair” by Becky Hill as a contra dance, and Henry Lawson’s “Billy’s ‘Square Affair’” is a separate poem. The phrase also appears as the title of a 2018 handmade-card post and of a quilt design covered in American Patchwork & Quilting’s December 2021 issue. Those works are unrelated to the Patsy Walker comic.
