For Canva installed through the Mac App Store, follow the store’s update process as well. Canva’s security bulletin for CVE-2025-12792 says the Mac desktop app distributed through the Mac App Store before version 1.117.1 was affected, while the canva.com-distributed Mac app was not. Canva’s remediation advice is to upgrade to the latest version through the Mac App Store. If you use that distribution, update it rather than seeking an older installer.
Should I download Canva 1.122.0 from a third-party site?
