O que é um Bullet Journal
Bullet Journal é um método analógico criado pelo designer Ryder Carroll. A proposta editorial do método é “registrar o passado, organizar o presente, planejar o futuro”. Ele não depende de um caderno específico nem de um desenho obrigatório: a estrutura é construída conforme suas necessidades.

Monte o índice
Na abertura, escreva o título de cada coleção ou registro e suas páginas. Deixe espaço para novas entradas.

Crie o future log
Divida algumas páginas em seis blocos mensais (ou no horizonte que faça sentido). Registre compromissos e planos que ainda não pertencem ao mês atual.

Abra o monthly log
Para o mês corrente, combine uma sequência de datas com uma área para tarefas. Anote compromissos relevantes e prazos sem preencher a página com detalhes desnecessários.

Use a próxima página livre para o dia. Escreva a data e registre o que surgir, sem preparar páginas diárias com muita antecedência.

Escreva em linhas curtas
O registro rápido reduz o tempo de escrita. Uma linha deve conter a ação ou informação essencial; detalhes podem ser acrescentados apenas quando forem úteis.

Escolha símbolos consistentes
Defina sinais simples para diferenciar tarefas, eventos e notas. O exemplo acima usa ponto (•), círculo (○) e traço (—), mas você pode escolher outros símbolos e registrar a legenda no início do caderno.

Faça uma revisão regular
No fim do dia ou da semana, confira tarefas, eventos e notas. Conclua, reprograme no monthly log ou future log, transforme em uma próxima ação ou elimine o que perdeu relevância.

Adicione elementos visuais se ajudarem
Esboços, lettering, cores, marcadores e fitas podem melhorar a leitura e tornar o registro mais expressivo. Eles não são requisitos e não devem tornar a manutenção mais pesada do que o benefício.

Ajuste o sistema depois de algumas semanas
Observe quais páginas e símbolos você realmente consulta. Mantenha o que facilita sua rotina, remova o que só ocupa espaço e altere o formato sem tratar o método como uma regra fixa.

- Criar coleções sem uso recorrente: abra uma somente quando um tema realmente se repetir.
- Confundir decoração com obrigação: retire qualquer elemento que aumente o trabalho sem melhorar a consulta.
