What Ephemeral Oceanic was
Created by Atelier Sisu, the installation arranged large, bubble-like forms across water, land and air. ABC Perth’s 21 March 2024 event announcement described 150 illuminated spheres accompanied by their own soundscape.
When it ran and whether it is still open
The free public installation was announced for 5–25 April 2024, with opening hours of 5 pm to 11 pm. That run has ended; the gallery is a record of the event, not a way to visit it now. DevelopmentWA’s 2023–24 annual report later named Ephemeral Oceanic the biggest Elizabeth Quay event in April.
