Larry Ellison plans to bring his North Palm Beach-area oceanfront property to market with a reported asking price of $165 million. The planned listing, reported by Realtor.com on October 2, 2026, is not confirmation that an active listing is already live or that the property has sold.
Which Florida property is Ellison planning to list?
The property is an oceanfront estate in North Palm Beach, Florida, described by Realtor.com as Seminole Beach Estate. The report says it occupies 8.4 acres, has 520 feet of ocean frontage and sits in a gated community. Separate search-result reporting identifies the gated community as Seminole Landing; the available reporting does not establish whether that is an alternate name for the estate or a distinct naming convention.
This is not Ellison’s Gemini estate in Manalapan. The Miami Herald reported in 2026 that Ellison bought that separate property for $173 million in 2022. The North Palm Beach-area property is the one tied to the planned $165 million listing.

How much is the reported asking price, and what is known about its history?
Realtor.com reports that Ellison bought the property for $80 million in 2021 and later tested a $145 million asking price. Those figures describe a reported purchase and a prior ask—not two completed sales. The newly reported target is an intended asking price of $165 million.
| Figure | What it describes |
|---|---|
| $80 million | Reported purchase price in 2021, according to Realtor.com’s October 2, 2026 report. |
| $145 million | Prior asking price reported by Realtor.com on October 2, 2026; not a confirmed sale price. |
| $165 million | Intended asking price for the forthcoming listing, reported by Realtor.com on October 2, 2026. |
Has Ellison already sold the property?
No sale is reported in the Realtor.com account. It says the property would soon hit the market, based on information from listing agents James Kenny and Paul Kaneb of K2 Realty to the Wall Street Journal. That supports describing the sale as planned, not treating the property as an active listing or a completed transaction.
