To find a logo PNG on Freepik, search by subject or visual style, open the individual resource page, and check whether it is marked free or Premium, which formats it offers, and what its license permits. The “960000+” count in the supplied headline is not verified as a current inventory figure, so it should not be treated as one.

How to find and download a logo PNG

  1. Search for the subject and style you need, such as a minimalist coffee logo or a vintage floral emblem. Narrow the results by checking previews for the right colors, layout, and level of detail.
  2. Open the individual resource page rather than relying on the search-result thumbnail. Check whether the resource is marked free or Premium, and review its available formats and license information.
  3. Select Download on the resource page. Free users can download items marked free; trying to download a Premium item prompts an upgrade. Freepik notes that most downloads arrive as ZIP archives and typically include an editable source file, a JPG preview, and license instructions, but contents and formats vary by item. See Freepik’s download instructions and verify the exact resource page.
  4. Open the archive and identify the PNG and any editable file. Keep the license instructions with the asset so you can check the terms again before publishing or sharing the design.

What to check before using a downloaded logo

A PNG is a convenient image format, but downloading a graphic does not automatically make it suitable as a brand identity or clear it for every use. Confirm the file’s background and dimensions suit your project, and check whether an editable source is available if you need to change its colors or layout.

  • Access: Is the item marked free or Premium? Access conditions differ.
  • Files: Does the resource page list a PNG, a vector or other editable source, or only other formats?
  • Attribution: What credit does the applicable license require?
  • Purpose: Does the license allow your intended use—such as client work, merchandise, packaging, or print-on-demand?

Can you use a free logo PNG commercially?

Freepik says free images may be used in personal and commercial projects when users credit the author and follow the applicable license. That is not blanket permission for every commercial context: the asset’s terms and the way you use it matter. Review Freepik’s terms of use and its usage guide for the current rules.

The guide distinguishes uses such as work for one client from designs distributed to multiple customers, packaging, books, print-on-demand, and merchandise. Some product uses require the resource to remain secondary. Freepik describes a Merchandise License for certain Pro subscribers and non-AI Premium assets; check the current terms to see whether it applies to your resource and project. Do not assume that a downloadable graphic is cleared for a trademark, a logo identity, merchandise, or resale simply because it is available to download.

Do you need to credit the designer?

Generally, Freepik’s terms condition use of its content on attribution. Its terms describe an exception for qualifying downloads made while a Premium, Premium+, or Pro subscription is active. Because plan names and terms can change, check the live policy and the license attached to the specific download; do not infer the attribution requirement from the file being a PNG or from the fact that it was free.
