What water-treatment ideas does it raise?
The program listing focuses on the path from source to faucet and the pressures that can affect a reliable clean-water supply; it does not provide a detailed treatment walkthrough or name particular engineering solutions. For general background, the Water Environment Federation’s education resource describes treatment stages including aeration, coagulation, sedimentation, filtration and disinfection.
