Asian Paints’ board is scheduled to consider its Q2 and first-half FY27 results on Thursday, 29 October 2026. The results publication time has not been announced; the company’s investor conference call is scheduled for 5 p.m. IST that day. Any FY27 interim dividend is also pending the board’s decision.
Asian Paints Q2 FY27 results date and time
The company’s FY27 investor calendar lists 29 October 2026 as the tentative date for the board meeting to consider results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2026. Asian Paints dividend update
The board will consider an interim dividend, if any, at its 29 October meeting. As of 7 October 2026, Asian Paints had not declared a FY27 Q2 interim dividend amount.

An Upstox report dated 7 October gives 4 November 2026 as a proposed record date if a dividend is declared. Treat that date as conditional until the board outcome and company filing confirm whether a dividend is declared and the applicable dates.

Upstox reported that Asian Paints closed at ₹2,424.20 on the NSE on 6 October 2026, up 2.46% that day. These are dated historical figures, not a live quote.

Asian Paints past performance: latest completed second quarter
Q2 FY27 figures are not available as of 7 October 2026. The latest completed second quarter in the company’s published results is Q2 FY26, for the quarter ended 30 September 2025 and released on 12 November 2025. The figures below are historical and should not be read as FY27 results.

The company separately reported Q2 FY26 standalone net sales of ₹7,335.9 crore, up 5.8%; a standalone PBDIT margin of 18.5%; and standalone net profit of ₹955.6 crore, up 60%. The same release reported 10.9% domestic decorative volume growth and 6% value growth, despite a prolonged monsoon. Management also described performance from automotive and industrial protective coatings, double-digit international revenue growth, and cost-efficiency work contributing to margin improvement. These are management’s descriptions of Q2 FY26, not FY27 commentary or independent findings about the causes of performance.
