La participación es individual. El tema debe representar identidad cultural o geográfica, o costumbres tradicionales, en el ámbito local, regional o nacional. Las bases especifican un cuarto de pliego de cartulina y permiten medios como colores, plumones, crayones, témperas, carboncillo y materiales de origen mineral o vegetal. Piden escribir el nombre completo, grado y sección en el reverso de la obra. El puntaje máximo indicado es de 32 puntos.

La evaluación considera comunicación y desarrollo de ideas, ritmo, afinación y expresión, técnica vocal, musicalidad y presentación.
Poesía
El tema debe tratar la identidad cultural o geográfica local, regional o nacional, o las costumbres tradicionales. La obra es individual, no puede exceder 25 versos o líneas y debe caber en una página impresa. El puntaje máximo indicado es de 32 puntos.

Danza urbana
La propuesta debe ser una danza urbana peruana que represente una región, ciudad o pueblo y combine su melodía con estilos urbanos modernos, como hip hop, house, dancehall, street jazz o breakdance. Es una disciplina grupal con un máximo de ocho participantes. El documento menciona la etapa DRE para la categoría B y la nacional para la C.
