“Color Splash” can mean a selective-color photo-editing app or Paper Mario: Color Splash, a Wii U game. The same title also belongs to Paper Mario: Color Splash, a separate Nintendo game. It has no connection to the photo effect.

Color Splash Photo Editor by Outdoing Apps for Android
Google Play lists a different app, from a different publisher. Its described tools include selective color, recoloring, filters, undo and redo, and sharing; Google Play indicates that it contains ads. Review the live listing for current compatibility, privacy disclosures, and any other storefront details: Google Play listing.
How to choose the right listing
Start with the device and publisher, then compare what matters for your edit. Store descriptions establish advertised features, not how precise or easy the tools feel in practice.
- Platform and compatibility: Match the listing to iPhone, iPad, or Android, and verify the stated OS requirement against your device.
- Brush control: Look for adjustable brushes and zoom if you need to keep color inside a small or irregular area.
- Editing workflow: Check for undo or redo and whether the app can save multiple sessions if you expect to refine an image over time.

What if you mean Paper Mario: Color Splash?
Paper Mario: Color Splash is a single-player action-adventure game for Wii U, released in 2016. Nintendo describes an adventure to restore color to Prism Island, with paper-themed environments, puzzles, Battle Cards, and a paint hammer. It is a game, not a photo editor: Nintendo’s official game information.
Nintendo says purchases through the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS eShops ended on March 27, 2023. That does not establish whether a physical Wii U copy is in stock from any particular seller. Nintendo’s Japan listing identifies a packaged version, but does not establish a current price or availability.
