1. Open Microsoft Designer
Go to designer.microsoft.com and sign in. Microsoft’s current Designer guidance is the best starting point for the web workflow; older instructions and screens may differ because Microsoft reported that deprecation of its legacy Designer visual editor began on October 20, 2025.
