PDF 矢量化不是修改文件扩展名,而是把其中的位图重新描摹为可缩放、可编辑的路径。先判断 PDF 内部是矢量对象、扫描图像、文字,还是三者混合,再选择保留原有对象、OCR、自动描摹或人工重绘。对于 Logo、线稿和简单图标,自动描摹通常可作为起点;对于品牌图形、工程图、文字和生产文件,人工修正往往不可省略。
一、PDF 矢量化到底是什么
PDF 是容器格式,并不天然等于矢量文件。一个 PDF 页面可以同时包含矢量路径、位图或扫描图像、可搜索文字、字体、渐变、透明度和蒙版。改成 .svg,或把文件重新保存为 PDF,都不会自动把像素变成路径。真正的位图转矢量,需要自动描摹或人工重新绘制。Adobe 对 PDF 对象类型的说明也明确指出了这一点。
“矢量化”通常是根据像素边界、颜色和对比度近似重建曲线,不能凭空恢复被扫描或压缩丢失的字体、细线、颜色、尺寸、图层和原始几何关系。

1. 已经是矢量 PDF
如果放大后线条和文字仍然清晰,并且在 Illustrator 或 Inkscape 中可以直接选中路径、节点或文字,那么它可能已经是矢量文件。此时应直接打开、检查字体和图层,再导出 SVG、EPS 或 PDF;不要再次使用 Image Trace,否则可能增加节点、扭曲曲线并改变颜色。

2. 扫描型 PDF
如果只能选中整页图像,或者放大后出现明显像素块,该页面通常是扫描位图。它需要 Image Trace、Trace Bitmap 或人工重绘。
3. 混合型 PDF
一页中可能同时有矢量 Logo、位图背景和文字。不要对整页无差别描摹;分别检查并处理需要转换的对象。多页 PDF 也应按页面处理,而不是把整本文件当成一个对象。
三、Illustrator:扫描 PDF 转矢量的完整流程
第 1 步:准备图像
先确定目标页面,再将页面导出为高质量 PNG 或 TIFF,或在 Illustrator 中通过 File > Place 置入 PDF。裁掉多余白边,纠正倾斜和透视,去除纸张纹理、污渍和压缩噪点,并尽量保留足够的原始分辨率。把小图放大不会创造新的细节。

第 2 步:打开 Image Trace
选中置入的位图后,使用:
Object > Image Trace > Make或打开:
Window > Image TraceAdobe 的官方流程是置入 JPEG、PNG 或其他栅格图像,调整描摹结果,然后使用 Object > Image Trace > Expand 将结果变成可编辑路径。详见Illustrator Image Trace 指南。
第 3 步:选择合适预设
- 黑白 Logo、印章、剪影:使用 Black and White Logo 或 Threshold;需要透明背景时启用 Ignore White。
- 彩色 Logo 或插画:使用 Colors、Low Color 或 High Color。Colors 越多,越接近原图,但对象和节点也越多。
- 手绘线稿:先增强线条与背景的对比,处理断线和纸张纹理,避免把灰阶阴影描摹成大量碎片。
- 照片:可以描摹,但通常会生成大量路径,文件难以编辑,不适合期待“干净 Logo”的结果。
第 4 步:调整参数
每次只改变一两个选项,并观察预览:
- Paths:过低会过度简化,过高会追随噪点并造成节点爆炸。
- Corners:过低会使尖角变圆,过高可能产生不自然折线。
- Noise:过低会保留纸张噪点,过高则可能删除小文字、细线和孔洞。
- Colors:过少会丢失颜色细节,过多会显著增加对象数量。
- Method:控制颜色对象的重叠或相邻排列方式。
检查轮廓是否锯齿、细线是否消失、背景是否被识别为形状、孔洞是否被填平,以及文字是否变形。
第 5 步:Expand 并清理路径
预览满意后执行:
Object > Image Trace > Expand然后根据需要使用 Object > Ungroup 取消编组,用直接选择工具编辑节点,用 Pathfinder 合并或相减形状,并使用 Simplify 减少多余节点。镂空图形可使用复合路径处理。

自动描摹只是在像素边界上估算曲线。必须重点检查 Logo 外轮廓、圆形和对称图形、字母间距、尖角、内部孔洞、重叠对象、透明背景和线条宽度。品牌标志、包装刀模、工程图和文字通常应以描摹结果为底稿,用钢笔工具重新绘制关键部分。
四、Inkscape 免费矢量化流程
Inkscape 适合黑白图标、单色线稿、简单剪影和需要快速生成 SVG 的用户。基本步骤是:
File > Import
选中位图
Path > Trace Bitmap
调整参数并点击 Update
点击 Apply
删除或隐藏原始位图
清理路径并导出 SVG快捷键为 Shift + Alt + B。参考Inkscape Trace Bitmap 文档。

彩色描摹可能为每种颜色建立独立对象,导致对象堆难以编辑。Inkscape 官方文档也提醒,自动描摹并不能百分之百忠实地恢复原图。遇到复杂渐变、照片、精确品牌图形或工程尺寸图时,应减少颜色、先处理图像,或改用人工重绘。
五、OCR、文字和文字轮廓不是一回事

OCR 的作用是把扫描内容识别成可搜索、可编辑的文字,不是把文字转换成贝塞尔路径。Adobe Acrobat 的相关流程位于:
所有工具 > 扫描和 OCR > 增强扫描的图像或增强相机图像 > 识别文本参考Adobe Acrobat OCR 文档。OCR 结果可能有错别字、错位或错误字体,正式使用前必须校对。

如果印刷厂要求文字转曲,可在 Illustrator 中执行:
Type > Create Outlines转轮廓后文字不再便于编辑、搜索和复制,因此应保留一份未转曲的源文件。

“导出为 PDF”也不代表输出一定是矢量 PDF;PDF 仍可能包含嵌入位图。

七、如何验证结果确实是矢量
- 隐藏或删除原始位图。
- 在 Illustrator 或 Inkscape 中选中对象并进入节点编辑模式。
- 大幅放大边缘,确认没有像素块。
- 删除一段路径,确认对象确实可编辑。
- 检查链接或嵌入图像面板,确认没有残留扫描图。
- 用 PDF 对象检查器或输出预览检查隐藏图片和栅格化效果。
- 用纯文本编辑器打开 SVG,确认存在
<path>、<rect>或<polygon>等元素,而不是只有一个<image>。 - 如果用于切割,确认路径闭合、没有重复线,并且复合路径方向正确。
八、常见失败与修复

九、该选哪条路线
- 专业 Logo、印刷和生产交付:Illustrator 的 Image Trace 加人工清理,必要时完全重绘。
- 扫描文档和文字识别:Acrobat OCR,不要把整页文字直接 Image Trace。
- 简单黑白图和免费方案:Inkscape Trace Bitmap。
- 大量 PNG/JPEG 批处理:可考虑Illustrator Image Trace API。当前文档显示它接受 PNG 或 JPEG 并输出 SVG,需要提交任务、轮询状态和下载结果;它不是直接上传多页 PDF 并返回矢量 PDF 的接口。
自动描摹适合轮廓清晰、颜色少、对几何精度要求不高且允许人工清理的图像。只要涉及精确尺寸、对称几何、复杂文字、品牌资产或制造,人工重绘通常比继续调节参数更可靠。
